 Iris Lavy, a Management Consultant and an Art Historian,combines the two disciplines, Art and Leadership, to inspire organizations and managements to apply art in the design of leadership. Iris Lavy holds a Graduate degree in Art History and an Undergraduate degree in Fine Art from Kent State University, USA, and a certificate as a Management Consultant by Bar Ilan University, Israel. She has been operating as an independent Management Consultant to businesses and public sector entities over 15 years. She is a frequent participant at international conferences such as WEF in Davos, Switzerland
